destination and hotel recommendations:

  • Waived if you know when you want to go, the property where you want to stay, and simply would like to take advantage of our Virtuoso and Preferred Partner amenities programs. Ask us about our hotel booking tool!

  • Hotel Research, Recommendations, and Booking: $250 per destination for research involved in finding, recommending, quoting, and booking the perfect property and room configuration for you. This service is inclusive of:

    • Researching multiple booking avenues to ensure the best value

    • Quotes for up to 3 properties per destination, or 1 property in 3 different destinations

    • Includes a complimentary personal introduction to the on-property concierge (where applicable)

*Hotel booking requests less than 6 months away for major events such as The Olympics, Super Bowls, Monaco Grand Prix, etc. may incur an increased fee depending on lead time until the event.

Custom Itinerary Design

  • Our project initiation fee begins at $750 and varies depending on the number of destinations involved, the number of travelers, and the overall complexity of trip components.

  • For trips with over 10 nights of travel, the engagement fee begins at $1200.

  • The design fee is our commitment to dedicate our time, resources, and that of our suppliers, to build a fully customized itinerary with a custom quote……and your commitment to allow us to do so! As such, this fee is non-refundable.

  • The project Initiation fee is inclusive of the following:

    • Initial consultation to understand travel wants, needs, budget, and special requests

    • Design of a complete, customized itinerary, which includes comparing multiple suppliers to find the best value and/or match for the client’s needs

    • Booking of trip components including accommodations, ground transportation*, train tickets*, sightseeing tours*, event tickets*, experiences, etc.

    • Complimentary consultation with Brownell’s Insurance Desk to assist client with evaluation and purchase of travel insurance

    • Client Welcome Packet

    • Access to itinerary app and trip management software

    • Destination information and general travel advice (tipping etiquette, currency exchange, packing tips, etc.)

    • Outreach to personal contacts at hotels to confirm amenities, communicate bedding, arrival time, upgrade requests, and VIP status**

    • Advocating on behalf of the client in the event problems arise while traveling*

    *These services are included in the base planning fee only when accommodations are booked by RH Travel Design. A la Carte and Concierge Support Fees may apply for services not associated with a hotel reservation.

Cruise Booking

  • Cruise Research, Recommendations, and Booking: $300 per couple, individual family, or solo traveler.

  • For large group or multigenerational family cruises for which multiple cabin configurations are required: $500 - $750 depending on group size and complexity of request.

  • Additional fees may apply for pre and post-cruise planning or customized shore excursions.

SPECIALTY TRIPS: DIVE, GOLF, SPORTS, WEDDINGS, ETC.

  • Domestic and Caribbean Scuba Dive Trips:

    • Itinerary Planning Fee of $400 for research involved in finding, recommending, quoting, and booking the perfect property, destination (if needed), and dive company. Service is inclusive of coordinating dives, certifications (if desired), customizing dive type and dive diversity based on skill and desires (drift dives, shore dives, marine life, shipwreck, shark diving, live aboard charter)

  • Domestic and Caribbean Golf Trips:

    • Itinerary Planning Fee of $350-$400 for research involved in finding, recommending, quoting, and booking the perfect property, scheduling tee times, and coordinating tee time allocations with the club. This fee is specifically designated for high-demand courses where tee times sell out in seconds, requiring connections and planning for non-members to be successful in securing a tee time. Examples include, but are not limited to: Pebble Beach, Pinehurst, Bethpage Black, to name a few.

    • For guaranteed access to St. Andrews and other high-demand international courses and custom golf trips, the Custom Itinerary Design Fee will apply. See section above for inclusions.

  • Sports & Entertainment

    • Coordinating attendance packages for Domestic F1/Indy races, Domestic Golf and Tennis Opens, College Football Playoffs, etc: planning fee of $350-$400.

    • For international tennis, golf, F1 Grand Prix, and soccer championships, the Custom Itinerary Design Fee will apply. See section above for inclusions.

  • Destination Weddings, Vow Renewals, Company and Executive Awards Trips and Retreats

Concierge services

  • $250 for up to 5 reservations (including dining reservations, spa appointments, tee times, hotel activities, etc.)
